Rates for use of personal numbers а

Charges applied for the use of Personal Numbers consist of:

Installation fee.
Maintenance fee.
Forwarding fee (forwarding of your Personal Numbers to your mobile device supporting INTERFON )

Installation fee.
Installation fee is a one-time fee charged only when Personal number is purchased.

Maintenance fee.
Maintenance fee can be charged monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Forwarding fees.
Forwarding fees are charged per minute and depend on the country of your mobile carrier. This fee is applied only when Personal Numbers are forwarded to your INTERFON enabled device.

Select your destination country and type of line (mobile or landline) where you want to forward your Personal Number.

If you choose to forward your Personal Number to your INTERFON enabled device (or any other cell phone), select the country and “mobile” type of line.

If you choose to forward your Perosnal Number to your home phone (or any other landline), select the country and “landline” type of line.

If you attached to your INTERFON enabled device a Personal Number from the same country as your current carrier, all incoming calls to this Personal Number are NOT FREE.

If you have Traveltele.com IP-number and would like to forward your Personal Numbers to this IP-address, all incoming calls on your Personal Number(s) are absolutely FREE! In this case, only maintenance fees will be applied.

Example
If you attached a Russian Personal Number to your INTERFON enabled device while being a customer of Russian carrier Megaphon, all your incoming calls on Megaphon number will be free. All incoming calls on your Russian Personal number provided by Traveltele.com will cost you ??/per minute and charged to your Traveltele.com account.

If you attach a German Personal Number to your INTERFON enabled device, go to Germany and still use your Russian Megaphon SIM there – you will be charged roaming fees applied by Megaphone and 6 cents/min. forwarding fees applied by Traveltele.com for forwarding your German number to your Megaphone SIM.

Therefore, we strongly suggest that you always use local carriers in the countries of your stay. It will allow you not only benefit from INTERFON feature on your phone (different foreign numbers attached to your mobile device) but save big on communication services globally.

Example
If you live in Russia, have German Personal Number attached to your INTERFON enabled device, and go to Germany, you would better buy a new SIM from any local carrier in Germany and use it instead of the Russian SIM.

All fees related to your Personal Numbers will be applied to your Traveltele.com account.

When you do not have sufficient funds on your Traveltele.com account to maintain your Personal Numbers, the numbers will be kept for two more weeks and then disconnected. Once your Personal Numbers were suspended they COULD NOT BE RECOVERED!

If your Personal Number from certain country was suspended and you want a number from that country – you still can have it but it is going to be a different number. We do not have a technical opportunity to recover any suspended number for the same user.

Note, that you will be again charged installation fee for your new number.
